TLT KEYPERS
THE LITTLE THINGS LOYALTY POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PURPOSE OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAMThe Little Things (TLT) Loyalty program, also known as “Keyper” is an initiative of the Little Things Trading LLC to give Loyal Customers the opportunity to accumulate points, also known as “Keys” (on purchases made at all TLT in-stores. Loyal Customers are entitled to receive benefits from various offers and promotions depending on the number of Keys accumulated. They also get exclusivity with certain products, new releases and reservations depending on their membership.
Participating stores are: The Little Things Bluewaters, The Little Things The Dubai Mall, The Little Things The Spring Souq, The Little Things Mercato Mall, TLT + The Dubai Mall.
2. HOW TO JOIN- To be eligible for a TLT Keyper Loyalty Program, one must have an accumulated purchase receipt of AED 100 from any of the TLT physical stores. Purchases from the TLT website are not eligible.
- Keys and purchases accumulated from the previous Loyalty Program by old members will be carried over to the new Loyalty. For new members, accumulation of purchases will start upon registration to the Loyalty Program.
- Membership is open for customers who are Residents & Visitors in UAE.
- TLT will collect data about the customer which includes his or her name, email address(es), phone number(s), gender, nationality.
- Only one single Loyalty Account can be assigned to each customer. The Loyalty account cannot be transferred or used by any other person.
The Keyper Program allows a Loyal Customer to access the Loyalty Program and experience the following benefits:
- Earn and accumulate Keys while purchasing products in any of the TLT in-stores
- Redeem Keys and exchange to products
- Receive exclusive discounts and promotions
- Receive a birthday discount*
* A Loyal customer can claim a 10% discount on all items except Tsume HQS, Sideshow, TCG, and items in Gaming and Statue Categories. Promos that are currently in promotion are not also included. A customer can claim a Birthday discount within 3 days before or 3 days after his or her birthday given that a valid ID will be presented to the staff
4. KEYS COLLECTION AND REDEMPTIONOnce activated, Loyal Customers may start collecting and redeem Keys when desired. Loyal Customers may visit any of the TLT stores and earn Keys for every purchase.

5. SUSPENSION AND DEACTIVATION
The Loyal Customer is solely responsible for any liability arising from the use of the Loyalty Program.
TLT reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program for any reason at any time. In the event of termination, each Loyal Customer will be informed by means of the contact information supplied by him/her. The Loyal Customer will then have thirty (30) days to redeem any benefits from termination, following which accumulated Keys will be lost.
If a Loyal Customer is dissatisfied with the Loyalty Program, his or her sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue his/or her membership by visiting the nearest TLT store or reach out to any of our communication channels to terminate membership.
Examples of conduct which could lead to suspension or cancellation include, without limitation:
- Fraud, attempted fraud or theft by a Loyal Customer in any TLT Stores;
- Misuse of the application by the Loyal Customer;
- Conduct by the Loyal Customer that is likely to disrupt the operation of the Loyalty Program or the operation of any TLT Store;
- Abnormally high number of transactions being made using the Application on the same day and/or consecutive days;
- Default in payment which has not been remedied by the Loyal Customer within one 2 weeks following the notification from TLT.
