Return / Refund / Exchange Policy



General Conditions

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges, returns, and refunds.

  • All items must be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition, unless the item is defective.

  • Blind Boxes are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • This policy does not apply to promotional items, free gifts, discounted products, or gift cards.

  • The Little Things reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition of any item before approving an exchange, return, or refund.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed for items that are defective, damaged, or faulty.

  • Claims must include clear photos of the issue and proof of purchase.

  • Sealed and functional items are not eligible for refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, where applicable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided:

    • The item is sealed and in original condition.

    • The customer presents the original receipt or order confirmation.

  • Exchanges can be made:

    • For another item of equal or higher value (price difference applies), or

    • For a store credit valid for 6 months.

  • All exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval by The Little Things team.

Return Policy

In-Store Purchases:

  • Items can only be returned or exchanged at the same store of purchase.

  • Returns must comply with the conditions stated above.

Online Purchases:

  • Customers must email keysan@littlethingsme.com within 72 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.

    • Include: order number, product details, photos of the item, and proof of purchase.

  • Returned items must be shipped back or dropped off at a Little Things store or the main office.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for international orders.

  • Items such as figures, trading cards, apparel, manga, and games are non-returnable due to their collectible nature.
