If you are purchasing a pre-order, the number of business days expected may vary depending on certain factors.

We are ready to ship your most desired items any where you are in the world.

Date of delivery of products depends on your location and the delivery service that you chose. If you are in the UAE, you may receive your orders within the day through our express delivery or 3 to 10 days for standard delivery.

If you are ordering outside the UAE, delivery dates will depend on you location. It takes 7 to 10 days for your items to come. A tracking number will be shared for you to check on the progress of your order.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

As much as we all love our collections, not all purchases are going to be smooth and perfect. And we are going to do our level best to ensure that you can still get that satisfaction with your return & refunds.

You have 15 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered. No refunds and exchange will be allowed after the set number of days.

We encourage our customers to engage with us to get to know more about the products that we sell. Our platform provides varied options so you can make the best buying decision as we do not allow any refund of the products that we sell.

Full refunds will only be allowed if in some unfortunate incident we wont be able to deliver the products you ordered.

Yes! You may return and exchange any merchandise you have purchased.

For all Returns, Refunds or Exchange products, it is adviced that items should be returned in its sealed and original packaging. The Little Things reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if products have been used or tampered with.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours; refunds will be back to the payment solution used intially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

When you purchase a pre-order we will ask you to pay deposit or the full amount in order to secure your much desired collectibles. All available payment methods can be used to pay pre-orders.

This payment may be months or years in advance. Once the collectibles arrive in our warehouse, we will inform you a week or two in advance and process your order and charge your chosen payment method.

This is to ensure that you can save a slot for the collectible you are interested to purchase. You will need to deposit or pay the whole amount for it to be reserved. First come first served.

TSUME items will request for deposit as it is one of our most expensive and fast selling products. Down payment will be the guarantee that an item is reserved for you. 

Pre-orders are items that are not yet launched. Each pro-order item  has an ETA  indicated in our website. This will allow you to know how long it will take for the product to be delivered.

Sometimes eta can be days early or a few days late. We make sure that pre-ordered items are shipped out as soon as they get to our warehouse.
