Services Terms and Conditions
1. Grading results are determined solely by CGC and cannot be guaranteed by The Little Things (TLT).
2. TLT acts only as a submission facilitator and is not responsible for the final grade assigned by CGC.
3. Submission fees, shipping charges, customs fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable once processing begins.
4. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on CGC processing times (currently estimated at 60 working days).
5. CGC may reject collectibles that do not meet its current standards. Service fees are not refunded for rejected collectibles.
6. The customer confirms that all information is accurate and that they are the lawful owner of the submitted items.
7. After submission, Customer Support will confirm the submission, explain the next steps and assist with payment where applicable.
