What payment methods do you accept?

-- We accept directly the following types of credit card payments, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.


How much is the delivery fee?

-- Delivery fee within the UAE is absolutely free. International shipments to BAHRAIN and KUWAIT are only 5AED while deliveries to KSA will be 35AED.  Shipping to other countries will have separate delivery charges depending on the size and weight of your orders (Funkos and small items). Big sized statues like TSUME will be free of charge within the UAE. Shipping fee applies for all international orders- ALL COUNTRIES.


How long will delivery take?

-- The delivery will take up to 1-4 days upon shipping within UAE. International shipments vary from one country to another, hence it can take up to 1-7 days for small items and up to 1-14 days for BIG ITEMS for international orders.


Why do I need to deposit to Pre-Order?

-- In order to save a slot for pre orders, you will need to deposit or pay the whole amount for it to be reserved. First come first serve. TSUME items will request for deposit as it is one of our most expensive and fast selling products. Down payment will be the guarantee that an item is reserved for you. 


Why is my pre-order taking so long?

-- Pre-orders are items that are not yet launched. Each pro-order item  has an ETA  indicated in our website. This will allow you to know how long it will take for the product to be delivered. Sometimes eta can be days early or a few days late. We make sure that pre-ordered items are shipped out as soon as they get to our warehouse. 


What happens after ordering?

-- After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email from us and your order's tracking details. 


Do I get an invoice of my order?

-- Yes, after your order has been placed and paid, an invoice will be sent to you via your registered email address. In any case you fail to receive anything, you may inform us through WhatsApp or send us a  direct message to any of our social media platforms. 


Can I cancel my order?

-- Yes you can cancel your order.


How do I cancel my order?

-- Send us a message on our Whatsapp or on our Instagram and will gladly talk about the issues you faced and we will try to give our best service to fulfill your orders.
